Domestic Shipping
All of our domestic shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked48 £3,95 (unless Tracked24 or Next Day Delivery options are chosen).
Orders will be combined and charged the flat fee of £3.95
If your item is delayed in the post, please contact us after 10 working days (earliest Royal Mail will allow) and we can raise an investigation on your behalf.
International Shipping
Our International shipping is via Royal Mail in the UK and then local postal services such as USPS in the USA. All of our shipping is International Tracked & Signed* For
USA shipping is £19.99
Non European Union & Ireland £14.99
*If you would rather Tracked only, please message us.
The usual delivery times are 10 - 14 working days for the USA and 5 -7 working days for Europe.*
If your item is delayed in the post, please contact us after 10 working days (earliest Royal Mail will allow) and we can raise an investigation on your behalf.
*Please also note that during the Christmas period - delivery times can be substantially longer as all postal systems are usually stretched at this time.
Returns & Refunds
We do accept returns if item is in its original condition and the buyer pays for return postage costs. Please contact us within: 30 days of purchase.
Refunds of the original item price will then be issued.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders usually within 1 - 3 working days.
Tax & Duties
Please note that for all international customers & orders - you will be responsible for any tax & duties that are due - shipping only covers the actual shipping costs.
